My Party Zebra LLC provides children’s entertainment services, including character appearances, themed shows, games, and interactive experiences, as well as event styling, decorations, and party planning services.

All services are customized and may vary slightly depending on performers, setup, and event conditions.

3. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your event date.
 • Deposit: minimum $100 or 30–50% of total, depending on the event
 • Remaining balance is due on or before the event date

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, credit card, check, wire transfer, and cash.

Bookings are confirmed only after deposit is received.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 7 days in advance may be accommodated based on availability.

No changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are allowed within 72 hours of the scheduled event.

Requests made within 72 hours may result in partial or full charges, especially during holidays, weekends, and peak seasons.

5. Arrival Window

My Party Zebra LLC makes every effort to arrive on time for all scheduled events.

However, due to traffic, parking, or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occasionally occur.

The Customer agrees to allow a reasonable arrival window, and such delays do not constitute a breach of service.

In the event of a delay, My Party Zebra LLC will make reasonable efforts to adjust the performance accordingly.

6. Travel & Parking

Travel is included within 15 miles of zip code 91402.
Additional distance may incur a travel fee.

The Customer must provide accessible parking at or near the event location.
If only paid parking is available, the Customer agrees to cover all parking costs.

Delays caused by parking or access issues may result in reduced performance time.

7. Timing & Delays

Services begin and end at the scheduled time.

If the event starts late due to the Customer or venue conditions:
 • Performance time may be shortened accordingly
 • Additional time may be added if available and charged

The Customer must be reachable and responsive on the day of the event to ensure smooth coordination, arrival, and execution of services.

8. Setup & Decorations

For decoration and event setup services, the Customer must provide timely access to the location.

Delays in access, setup limitations, or venue restrictions may affect the final result.

My Party Zebra LLC is not responsible for limitations caused by venue rules or conditions.

9. Performer Substitution

My Party Zebra LLC reserves the right to substitute a performer in case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

All performers are trained to deliver a high-quality experience consistent with the brand.

10. Weather Policy

For outdoor events, the Customer is responsible for providing a suitable backup indoor option.

Weather-related changes must be communicated as early as possible.

11. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for all participants and performers.

This includes:
 • Adult supervision of children at all times
 • Safe and respectful behavior from all guests
 • No rough handling of performers, costumes, or props
 • Adequate space for activities, setup, and decorations
 • Timely readiness at the scheduled start time

My Party Zebra LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe or interfere with the performance.

12. Damages

The Customer is responsible for any damage to costumes, props, decorations, or equipment caused by guests, children, or event conditions.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged if necessary.

13. Photo & Video Release

My Party Zebra LLC may capture photos or videos during events for promotional use.

If the Customer prefers not to allow this, they must notify My Party Zebra LLC in writing prior to the event.

14. Character Disclaimer

My Party Zebra LLC does not offer or provide licensed or copyrighted characters.
All characters presented are original or inspired by popular themes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any specific company, brand, or trademark holder. Any resemblance to trademarked or copyrighted characters is purely coincidental.

15. Liability

My Party Zebra LLC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience.

By booking services, the Customer acknowledges that:
 • All children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times
 • The Customer is responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests
 • My Party Zebra LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during the event
 • My Party Zebra LLC is not responsible for venue-related issues or conditions beyond its control

16. Right to Refuse Service

My Party Zebra LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue services at any time if the environment, conditions, or behavior of any guest is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

This includes, but is not limited to:
 • Unsafe conditions at the event location
 • Aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward performers
 • Risk of damage to costumes, props, or equipment

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
